Our Quality Control Department is controlled with Modern Measuring Instruments and keeping track of changing technology.

All our products are manufactured and regulated through Kanban System to produce high quality Brass Components. Material composition and the quality are considered at every stage in order to achieve similarity in the composition of screws. Our Quality System links the Production, QC & commercial Department.

We have a well-defined initial tolerance limits for the clinical trial data and procedural metrics at the time of risk identification which allow us to detect the deviations from the tolerance range. We understand the critical requirements of Tight Tolerance for top quality and superior performance of finest products. We maintain the tight tolerance from product design, material selection, manufacturing, tooling, testing and delivery.
